Problem Statement

Many places are inaccessible or unsafe for humans due to dangers such as radiation, toxic gases, fire hazards, and extreme environmental conditions. Because humans cannot safely enter these areas, they often remain unsupervised and lack proper surveillance. This can delay rescue efforts, reduce situational awareness, and potentially lead to loss of lives.

About Gesture_Control_Bot

Solution

We aim to create a gesture-controlled rover that can navigate dangerous or remote environments using precise hand gestures captured through an IMU sensor. The rover is equipped with a live camera feed system to provide real-time surveillance and visual information to users from locations where humans may not be able to go safely.

Additional Info

The rover can help in:

  • Surveillance in hazardous environments
  • Remote monitoring of inaccessible areas
  • Assisting rescue and emergency response operations
  • Providing live situational awareness to users

Features
  • Gesture-controlled movement
  • Wireless transmitter and receiver system
  • Live video feed using ESP CAM
  • Tank-style rover chassis for rough terrain navigation
  • Portable and compact design
