This is a "Pressure Swing Adsorption [PSA]" based oxygen concentrator. It can produce up to 92% concentration O2 at up to 10 litres per minute. It uses lithium or sodium based "zeolite" sieves to trap nitrogen from air, allowing most of the oxygen to pass through to the output.

The oxygen concentrator project built on Makers Asylum’s experience earlier as part of an extremely successful network of makerspaces producing PPE, which demonstrated that we have the resources, logistics, and ability to take on a project of this size.
